Who is responsible
This website belongs to Prof. Ir. Ts. Dr. Sivarao Subramonian. His office looks after the information you send through it. You can reach the office at sivarao@utem.edu.my or on WhatsApp at +60 16-634 1481.
What we collect
- Enquiry form: your name, organisation, organisation type, email, phone, what you are interested in, timing, group size, how you heard of him, your message, the page you sent it from and where your visit started (for example LinkedIn or a search engine).
- Sprint Notes: your email, your first name if you give it, and a record of when and how you agreed to receive it.
- Innovation Readiness Check: your answers and score stay in your browser. They are only sent to us if you ask for your result by email, together with the name and email you enter.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal if you ask for one.
- To send the result or newsletter you asked for.
- To understand which talks and programmes people ask about, so we can plan them.
We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Who sees it
Prof. Sivarao and the small team that runs his office. His programmes are delivered with Apex Innovation Consulting, so if you ask for a programme proposal, your enquiry is shared with them for that purpose only. Our records are kept in Google Workspace, and Sprint Notes may be sent through an email service provider. These services store data on our behalf and may hold it outside Malaysia.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries and Readiness Check results: up to 24 months after our last contact with you.
- Sprint Notes: until you unsubscribe. Every issue has an unsubscribe link.
Cookies and visit statistics
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, at any time by emailing sivarao@utem.edu.my. We will reply within 21 days.
